As a Enterprise UI Designer at Talkdesk, you will be a key member of the Product and Design group. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with product owners, developers, and designers to create intuitive, easy-to-use experiences for people around the world. You will act as a designer, problem solver and customer advocate ensuring we deliver products that make work life better.

Required:
BA/BS/MA/MS/Ph.D. degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), or Cognitive Psychology from a top university or equivalent experience

5-7+ years experience as a UX / product designer for consumer or enterprise-grade software company

Strong portfolio that showcases the breadth of your work with details of your role on each project—from the initial concept to design delivery

Proven track record of working in cross-functional teams (e.g., designers, PMs, engineers), influencing product direction with actionable insights

Expertise In:
Integrating qualitative and quantitative learnings about our users and our business to propose thoughtful, user-centered features, flows, and interface designs

Designing applications and interactions from sketches to wireframes to high-fidelity mockups across various platforms (iOS, Android, Windows) including an understanding of responsive web design

Applying a broad spectrum of hands-on skills including stakeholder interviews, storyboarding, facilitating workshops, prototyping, and usability testing

Working with Agile, lean and iterative development processes

Conducting user tests with rapidly evolving prototypes (e.g. paper, Invision, etc.) and iterating based on feedback

Defending design decisions as well as listening and incorporate feedback into the designs

Bonus Skills:
Front-end development proficiency, including HTML, HTML5, CSS, Sass and/or JavaScript

A knack for UI copy and persuasive writing is a plus

Experience designing for enterprise or business software is a plus

Designing and conducting usability tests on various types of prototypes (e.g. paper, live, etc.)

Familiarity with statistical concepts (e.g., sampling) and methods (e.g., descriptive, inferential) and/or other data science-related analysis
