The main responsibilities are:

  • To provide general administrative / logistics support for the Facilities Department, respecting the Department’s rules, (reporting, control files update, etc.)
  • Be able to answer the requests of all employees (mail + phone)
  • To check and report to the Facilities Manager any concerns raised by staff following on-line health and safety risk assessments
  • To ensure the cleanliness of the floors including kitchens and bathrooms, through the cleaning company supervisor

To identify premises technical needs / building maintenance works to be done that requires intervention and contributes to their resolution in the best timings; perform light maintenance

activities (e.g. light bulbs replacement, locks repair, etc.).

To control stocks / ensure that supplies are maintained coherence between the input and output stocks

  • To receive orders and routing them (distribution of stationery, fruit, and kitchen utilities, etc.)
  • To help the colleagues in minor / large moves
  • To collect, separate and distribute the mail
  • To check meeting rooms and configure as necessary for meetings
  • External Service
  • Contribute to the broadcasting of information to all concerned operational departments


  • 12º grade completed
  • Good knowledge of English (mandatory)

Good knowledge of Microsoft tools; (advanced excel skills are considered a plus)

Previous experience in similar tasks (considered a plus)
- Full time and immediate availability
