Solvay has currently started to implement new solutions based on Sales Force, in different domains (Sales, Purchasing, EHS…). The main one is currently the CRM Application with around 3000 users at the WW level and a team composed with 30 people (internal & external)

The mission for the

CRM Technical Expert

is:

  • To define the strategy & guidelines for the SFDC technical landscape (CRM and other applications on SFDC)
  • to validate the technical architecture inside SFDC and between SFDC and other applications
  • to manage the environnements & Releases on technical aspects
  • to provide direction and coherence of the developments
  • to ensure quality of developments done by internal or external people
  • to plan and do the follow-up for the developpements & technical tasks
  • to assess new technologies, software to improve and/or automatize some technical processes (releases, code checking, testing…)

Qualifications

Scientific Engineer background

Professional experience since 8 years required and in SFDC environnement more than 4 years

Has worked on projects and maintenance in a WW environment

Working in Chemical companies is a plus

Languages

Good level in English (French is a plus)

Technical skills

Knowledge on SFDC, on technical side (developments, landscape …), new technologies, Cloud environments

Open to listen, rigorous, autonomous and proactive

Good level of communication, able to convince

Analytical skills

Regular travels in Europe: mainly Paris, Lyon and Brussels

International travels (4 or 5 times per year)
