The Sales Coach will be responsible for executing sales and demand generation activities together with the partner Account Managers.

Requirements:
- An in-depth knowledge of G-Suite as end user and basic understanding of the administrative

capabilities and features of the product

3-5 years of relevant sales experience

  • Portuguese language - Native speaker
  • Ability to organize work independently and meet agreed upon timelines
  • Strong sense of initiative and ability to act quickly and effectively
  • Demonstrated ability as a coach and mentor
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with senior sales reps and sales management
  • Ability to navigate a complex sales environment and bridge conversations on different levels of

the organization.

Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Ideally experience in working with Telcos

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenues to meet and exceed targets
  • Regularly review sales pipeline with the Account Managers and ensure that the pipeline is

reflected in the systems accurately and timely

Coach the Account Managers on selling G-Suite to help progress opportunities through the sales

cycle, from initial qualification to close

Support on-going sales and product training for the reseller Account Managers

  • Identify new Apps opportunities together with the Account Managers in their customer base
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Account Managers and sales managers to resolve questions

and issues

Frequent communication with the other stakeholders working with reseller to plan new initiatives

and resolve issues

Participate in weekly meetings and monthly business reviews between our customer and

reseller.

Be the main point of contact from customer on-site and help create and implement new

initiatives
