Job Description*
Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Support for Outdoor furniture will be*:
- Being a mentor and presenting product information to the customers
- Delivering calm and resourceful troubleshooting for customer queries regarding their customer experience
- Being in contact with other departments and redirecting related cases and issues to responsible departments
- Ensuring and participating in the success of your department

Qualifications*
Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role*:
- A native level of Spanish and fluent level of Portuguese
- Enthusiasm about gardening and outdoor furnitures
- With 2 years of experience in Customer Support
- Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create
- Being an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with people
- Being energetic, innovative and working proactively at a fast pace
- Living in Barcelona for an international career and life experience
- Team player, curious, dynamic and social
Additional Information*

- Contract: Obra y Servicio (3 months probation)
- Mon-Fri, 40h/week
- Salary: 17000-19000€ gross/year
