What do we expect from you?
the VM Executive will support to implement Visual Merchandising projects action plan of KSA, to maximize VCA creations visibility and consistency across the network while supporting sales and closely following the given guidelines. His/Her mission is to support the VM department to be the ultimate “Visual Merchandising Guardian” of VCA KSA (in-boutique and out-boutique events)
You will Assist to ensure VM and zoning strategy & guidelines are implemented (general, seasonal & product launches) to maximize creation exposure and visibility in boutique while best supporting sales
You will be conducting Daily/Weekly visits to the Boutiques to insure VM guidelines are respected while working very closely with the VM Ambassadors and SAs
You will support to engage and develop the VM ambassadors through proactive sharing of broader info, regular on-site training and coaching, best practice sharing and active reward system, be the main instant guide via digital tools.
You will Support to prepare planogram, implement and maintain display throughout the period of the event
The Visual Merchandising Executive will be working with event team on planning and implementation of visual contents for assigned events.
You will be the Ambassador of Maison at all the levels!

You will meet with the HR, Marketing & Communication Manager, and Country Manager
