A company based in Springfield Park is seeking a Junior IT Technician.

Windows Server Knowledge

Microsoft Office Products

Duties:
Microsoft office products Support

Manage backups of company servers and database files.

Provide active directory assistance

Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware resolve problems.

Build new workstations and install windows.

Escalate Critical issues to management.

Ensuring Windows Updates are Complete.

Perform remote or in person program installation and OS setting changes to programs specifications.

Escalate and Create tickets when needed. Diagnose and fix computer issues, ranging from viruses, bloatware, and OS issues.

Perform setup and maintenance on desktops, notebooks, and Server.

Provide support for wireless devices including, laptops, printers, routers, and modems.

Provide Support for Android and Apple devices
