Description
Main Activities
- Works under direction of the Dell Program Manager to drive the development and execution of the project plan
- Ensures consistency and adherence to Dell standards, processes, and policies for all projects
- Assists with chartering, scope definition, requirements gathering, project planning, change control, risk management and reporting
- Manages the identification, resolution and escalation of project risks and issues
- Plans and executes project communications ensuring timely and accurate distribution of information, documentation, and issue resolution to all appropriate team members
Required Skills:
- Advanced understanding of IT Project Management principles and techniques
- Proven ability to manage change and engage team members
- Proven ability to provide direction to others
- Advanced facilitation and communication skills
- Requires 8+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent English

- Experience leading clients through Finance Transformation journeys
- Experience in leading client teams in the Technology and Media industries through the transition to XaaS and subscription - based business models desired
- Extensive knowledge and project experience throughout all Order-to-Cash and GL accounting business processes
- Experience in Subscription Billing and general finance transformations
