Contract Compliance Reporting Sr. Analyst The Contract compliance role is a key function to our team. They are responsible and work as a liaison between the partner, contracts / legal, reports, and sales organizations. They also coordinate with the reporting team as necessary to maintain a standard report format for customers and protect that modified completed partner reports are collected and sent in an appropriate manner.

The collection of indirect and direct sales, verification of compliance with agreed standards, troubleshoot discrepancies, investigate errors, and identify solutions to handle exceptions are some of the responsibilities. Lastly and most importantly, they are in charge of the process of informing sales to the different States, monthly and by quarter.Join us as a Contract Compliance Reporting Sr. Analyst on our Compliance team in Panama to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What youll achieveAs a Contracts Compliance Reporting Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating with customers, contracts teams, legal teams and other Reporting teams to ensure that State, Local and HiEd customer-facing reports are accurate and in compliance of the contract.

You will ensure that all contractual requirements with regards to reporting and customer admin fees are executed and delivered within the contractual reporting periods. You will be responsible for data collection and the archival of contractual reporting for audit purposes. You will also be responsible for conducting Partner training specific to reporting instructions and obligations.You will: Liaise between the partner, Contracts/ Legal, Reporting, and Sales organizationsFocus on delivering a positive customer or partner experience.Coordinate with Reporting Team as needed to maintain a standard reporting format for partners and ensure modified completed Partner reports are gathered and submitted appropriatelyCollect monthly partner reports and submit them for processing toother internal teamsCommunicate to non-compliant Partners about incomplete reportsDevelop list(s) or equivalent to provide feedback of non-compliant Partner reporting timeliness, responsiveness, and accuracyDrive operations process improvementsInternal and external audit reportingTake the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
