Customer Service with Wordpress Experience

AristoSourcing LLC is looking for a Customer Service with WordPress experience to join the team.

Rate: $700 per month

Job Requirement:

• With at least 2 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service preferably in the tech industry.
• Basic understanding and knowledge about the different terminologies and processes in building websites particularly WordPress.
• Tech-savvy and has very good communication skills.
• Team player and proficient with the use of CRM.
• Willing to work for a US time zone client and adhere to the use of a time tracking app for work.
• Talk with clients directly and assign small web projects to the Developers.
• Able to offer suggestions to our valued clients.
  e.g "I need this content added to my website" and the CS agent would need to offer some suggestions for placement, then assign the task to a Developer to add the content.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: R10,200.00 per month
