Description
Comprehensive understanding of the drawings and specification, phasing plans, construction sequencing and project schedule
- Supervising and leading workers and sub-contractors to perform on-site works
- Assisting in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues
- Keeping record of the daily manpower and productivity
- Monitoring job progress and ensure quality work at targeted schedule
- Monitoring compliance with building and safety regulations
- Assisting construction manager to plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Other duties as assigned by the superior / site manager
Job requirements:
- Degree in Architectural or Civil / Structural Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Building Projects / Construction Industry
- Experience in High-rise Building in confined city area preferred
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
