ROLE SUMMARY

What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?

The Corporate security manager primary role is to manage all the security programmes for DBS MX hub, by informing Security operation of the Hub and its visitors.

This role should solve problems and execute security strategy with BAT executives and managers making feel them secure at any moment.
What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?
- Provide security programmes for DBS Hub employees and visitors.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Evaluate procedures to aid BAT personnel:



Create procedures in our facilities to assure the integrity of employees.**:

  • Participate in internal investigations directed or with company business:



Coordination of special events as needed**:



Secure compliance safety programmes**:



Be the BAT face for our external visitors having kindness but assuring their security**

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE **ESSENTIAL

Experience Required

  • Previous work in corporate security
  • Work in a security company or similar
  • Previous work with diplomats or business people
    Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
  • Security Policies knowledge
  • Good people skills
  • Logistic and strategy security mapping and execution
    Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
  • Bachelor Degree Economic or administrative
  • 2 or 4 years in a similar role
