General Summary
- Bajo supervision directa lleva los registros de materiales, controlando entradas y salidas del Almacen/ Under direct supervision keeps materials records, controlling inputs and outputs from stockroom
- Mantiene actualizados los movimientos de Almacen en el Sistema SAP/ Keeps updated SAP system stockroom movements
- Ayuda en la supervision de la carga de trabajo del personal asignando tareas/ helps with the supervision of personnel work load assigning activities
- Realiza todas aquellas actividades que se requieren para desarrollar la función/ Do all activities that are required to develop the function
Duties & Responsibilities
- Control de Inventarios/ Inventory Control
- Revisa tareas pendientes del turno anterior asi como avances de surtido de ordenes/ Reviews pending activities of previous shift as well as advances from production orders picks
- Realiza al final del turno reporte de actividades con lo que se queda pendiente para el siguiente turno/ _At the end of each shift creates a report with was left from the day for the next shift
- Solicita material a bodega externa en base a lo liberado/ Requires material to outside warehouse based on daily releases.
- Revisión de localizaciones interinas del almacén/ Reviews iterim stockroom locations.
