Responsible for end-to-end hiring needs in various roles.
Maintain updated recruitment database on daily basis.
Create weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
Working on employee engagement activity along with Human Resource Lead.
Working on ideation and end-to-end Employer Branding program.
Assisting on employee & company relations along with Human Resource Lead.
Fresh graduate from Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.
Ability to operate Canva or any other design tools would be a point plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including peers, and external partners.
Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize, multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Good in English, oral and written.
