Description
Ensure that all Motor Insurance quotation approved timely under compliance with underwriting guidelines when all information is correct.
- To update Motor policies in RTA.
- To ensure swift response through mails, telephones and face to face contact with brokers, development staff and customers.
- Providing maximum support to brokers & development staff to achieve and retain existing business.
- To coordinate with Finance Department for feedback of outstanding premiums of motor insurance quotation, before approving their online policies.
- Assist in achievement of annual business targets.
- To make strong relationship with the brokers, development staff & direct customers.
- To send renewal terms to direct / corporate customers.
