Retail Sales Associate

Must have an adept understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

• Must have excellent communication in English.
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, POS system, encoding etc.)
• Experience with inventory and merchandising procedures.
• Friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus.
• Availability to work flexible shifts and relocate anywhere in UAE
• Maintaining the cleanliness & organization of the store.
• Organizing the display, checking the shelves stock & replenishing when necessary.
• Welcoming & assisting customers to the store and answering their queries.
• Fast in the processing of the payment via card or cash
• Knowledge of issuing changes due receipts or refunds to customers
• Handling returns of merchandise.
• Checking all items before display.
• Making the inventory of the stocks and ordering & receiving orders when necessary.
• Preparing daily sales reports.
• Preparing monthly inventory and sales reports.
• Should be able to join immediately.

Salary AED 2,300 plus incentives.
