Medical Receptionist
Ambition 24hours is recruiting an experienced Medical Receptionist based in Cape Town for Private Practices across the Western Cape.
Ambition 24hours has been one of South Africa’s top nursing *and *locum doctor agencies *for over *20 years. Providing temporary nursing *and *locum doctor *jobs *24 hours a day, 7 days a week to private individuals, care homes, hospitals - private and government as well as occupational health jobs and community care.
- Relevant administration
- Manage patient bookings
- Prepare patient files
- Transferring calls as necessary
- Handling money
- computer literate (knowledge of MS office suite)
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of medical aid authorization procedures
- Management of certain sundries
- Ensure smooth and effective functioning of the reception area
- Ad hoc clinical, administrative and marketing duties
We recruit nationally *on a continual basis, therefore, ensuring that we have 1000’s of *qualified professional nurses and doctors on our books, ready to provide much needed healthcare services. Our clients vary from large medical groups to small family-owned Practices. We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Payment is made every Friday.
