Production Shift Manager - Olifantsfontein - FMCG foods

  • Grade 12 with university exemption
  • At least three years’ experience in leading teams
  • Must be able to work day and night shifts

2 Weeks Nighshift, then 2 Weeks Dayshift.
Nightshift - Monday to Thursday 18:00 to 06:00
Dayshift - Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:00, week 2 Friday to 15:00.

  • Must be able to work on weekends when the amount of work requires such
  • Experience of managing a FSSC 22000 factory would be advantageous
  • Experience of driving OHS compliance would be advantageous
  • FMCG experience would be advantageous
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
