Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service
Handle inbound and outbound enquiries
Adhere to KPI expectations
Demonstrated strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Accurate high-volume data entry

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary: $755.00 - $1,519.00 per week

• Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
