Introduction:
We are looking to recruit a Recruiter II (Corporate Services) to work within the Clicks HR department.The role will be based at the Head Office in Cape Town and will report to the HRM: Corporate Services.
Job description:
Job Purpose
To manage a professional specialist resourcing service for a specific functional area (Corporate Services) through proactively sourcing and selecting and securing competent talent through an agreed SLA in order to deliver talent that meets the current and future business needs.
Job Objectives
- To manage and ensure a professional resourcing process that is fair, consistent and in line with company policies, processes and relevant labour legislation to meet business needs within the agreed SLA.
- To consult with line managers and HR on their talent requirements, in a manner that enables rigorous identification of the business’s key talent requirements and the best approach to meeting their requirements timeously, that is in line with the Clicks’s talent and transformation agenda and the organisation’s strategy.
- To proactively source, identify and build a talent pipeline and network across functional areas, with a particular focus on scarce and critical skill groups, through creative and innovative sourcing and networking initiatives.
- To effectively select, screen and interview and secure applicants according to the job, competency and cultural fit requirements of the position and the organisation.
- To act as a brand ambassador and to communicate the employee value proposition through all day to day activities and interactions with internal and external stakeholders, including third party organisations, in a manner that attracts talent and demonstrates an accurate representation of the organisation’s employer brand, culture and values.
- To fully integrate the outcomes of the Talent and Succession Planning Process to promote development and career progression for employees
To assist the Group in its transformation agenda through shortlisting to the EE Plan
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications and Experience
- 3 year degree / diploma (Essential)
- HR / Psychology / Business / Commercial specialisation (Desirable)
- 3 years’ recruitment experience (Essential)
- 2 year demonstrated track record of sourcing professional / managerial / scarce skill / niche skill groups (Essential)
- 2 years demonstrated track record of recruiting professionally qualified, skilled and managerial level individuals (Essential)
- 2 years demonstrated track record of utilising a variety of direct sourcing techniques and of resourcing initiatives to attract and engage talent (Essential)
- Retail / FMCG / Pharmaceutical / Store Operations recruitment (Desirable)
