Role purpose:
Provide legal advice to the Vodafone Business Division
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Provide legal advice and contracting support to the Vodafone Business Division, including in relation to:
- Drafting of templates and contractual documents
- Product development
- Negotiations with key customers
- Key strategic partnerships
- Distribution channels
- Management of legal risks
- Best practices sharing among the Vodafone Legal Community Core competencies, knowledge and experience
- Strong legal background
- Business acumen
- Ability to work in under pressure in a complex environment
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Learning agility
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- In-house experience in multinational companies
- Admission to a Bar (Abilitazione alla professione di Avvocato)
- Fluency in English
