As Visual Merchandising Manager - Accessories, you will be a key member of the central Visual Merchandising team based in Madrid. You will manage all VM communication encompassing all Accessory categories to our global markets, creating and implementing our guidelines in line with our global VM strategy. This role will be reporting directly to the Director of Visual Merchandising.
Your role will be:
- Manage all Accessory VM and Window styling guideline shoots
- Work closely with the Head of VM for each region and support with delivering the VM for new store openings, events, pop ups and marketing activations in those regions.
- Collaborate with merchandising, retail and marketing teams to strategize visual moves and changes based on business needs, new deliveries and merchandising initiatives, forming strong and collaborative relationships with the key stakeholders in those departments.
- Work on window and instore launches as well as events, pop in´s and pop up´s. Travel to Paris showroom for all VM buying sessions and guideline shoots
- Review the effect and impact of specific VM actions across the regions through business results per store and product category and feedback to the Visual Merchandising Director
- Keep up to date on VM trends and market research, producing detailed feedback and suggestions to the business in order to create strong image led displays and maximize sales.
- Partner with International VM to produce seasonal VM training and training to regional VM teams in line with new product launches.
- Be flexible, solutions-led and able to adapt quickly to the changing needs of the business in line with business growth.
Profil
What is important for the role:
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in VM in the luxury retail market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams demonstrating management and leadership skills.
- Possesses aesthetic sensibility and intellectual curiosity for fashion, culture, arts and craft.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Has strong communication skills, articulating thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively in both written and spoken communication - English Mandatory, Spanish and or French will be an asset
