Description
Manags the inventory of end-user devices and ensuring that these devices get to end-users in working order. By providing this service, the job enables KFSH&RC associates to efficiently and effectively perform their duties.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
1.Receives end-user devices into store.
2.Releases devices from store and issue to end-users based on approved service requests.
3.Manages inventory of end-user devices in store.
4.Identify and implement cost saving projects, addressing device storage and inventory management.
5.Assists in the Level 3 maintenance and support function for the Section and ensure that end-users’ needs are being met.
6.Follows prescribed system safety and security procedures of computing environment.
7.Participates in self & others' education, training and development, as applicable.
8.Follows all hospital related policies and procedures.
9.Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education:
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, facilities management or related discipline is required.
Experience Required:
One (1) year of related experience with Master’s Degree, or three (3) years of related experience with Bachelor’s Degree is required.
