PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Join an engineering team to build and maintain Viatel’s National Wireless Networks.
- Climbing masts, towers and roofs to build, install and maintain our national wireless network.
- Installation of National Wireless Transmission Network including backhaul links and related infrastructure and DC power elements.
- Installation & commissioning of high level corporate point to point microwave links.
On-call activities.
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:Working at heights experience essential
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment including the climbing of masts, towers, rooftops
- Full Clean Irish Drivers License or equivalent.
- Mast Climber & Mast Rescue competency is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
- FAS Safepass an advantage but not essential.

LOCATION: Primarily Munster region, however national travel may be required.
