Your work-life opportunity:
As part of the Expansion team, you will play a key role in supporting and shaping our markets' strategy as well as working on strategic projects and analysis across our cities. Expect the work to be challenging, varied and analytical.
Be a part of a team where you will:
- Support in the coordination of the fleet in the city to achieve the targets in all relevant operational metrics
- Understand, deep-dive and have a complete understanding of the local supply situation at all times
- Propose local growth actions by analysing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses with the Operations of the city & region
- Able, with senior support, to turn strategic insights into actions, by supporting company/regional/country projects
- Support daily operations through operational supervision and analysis of KPIs
- Address and support couriers onboarding needs when needed
- Support the Expansion Lead and Territory Launchers with any ad-hoc requests
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (engineering or business)
- Data driven mindset with good communication skills with ability and agility to solve problems
- Orientation toward results, you are autonomous and efficient
- An ability to take any problem, deep dive, reveal route cause, draft improvement solutions and communicate to stakeholders
- Hands-on attitude/autonomous, you can think and work on your own and make things happen.
- Great ability to work as a team member
- You have an amazing attention to detail, a great appetite to learn, and are driven to get your hands dirty
- Obsessed with continuous improvements, delivering value and allergic to manual tasks
- Basic Excel and Data Interpretation Skills
- Proficiency in English
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
