Description
Key Responsibility:
- Should be able to provide direction for all day-to-day operations in the kitchen
- Creating new dishes and menus
- Actively involves in menu development and maintaining updated and accurate costing of all dishes prepared and sold
- Monitoring and controlling stock levels. Maintain vendor relationships
- Ensures all equipment in the kitchen is properly maintained and in working order in accordance with DM Food Watch standard
- Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen.
Estimating costs and ensuring all purchases come within budget.
