You will be working as Customer Support Specialist, at global grade 15 and will be the part of Motion Business Area for Service Division based in Modderfontein, South Africa. In this role you will be reporting to Local Division Manager and will be responsible to provide internal and external customer support (e.g., technical, order assistance, payment-related assistance) and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.
- Coordinate resolution with After-Sales Service and/or Spare Parts teams.
- Recommend appropriate solution for customer requests and coordinate with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request (e.g., production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice) is in place.
- Proactively inform customers about issue status based on inputs and clarify any questions.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.
- Prepare and analyze regular statistics (e.g., forecast) using available tools and collecting relevant information.
- Track regular target performance and provide results to management.
Your background:
- Matric is essential, related degree or diploma will be beneficial.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Customer support Sales support role.
- Working experience and knowledge on SAP will be essential and highly desired.
- Dynamic and High Energetic individual capable of working in fastmoving service business.
- Proficient in business writing.
- Good relation skill, team working, problem solving, English language knowledge.
