Description
What you will do
- Provide support to all business activities and ensure effective implementation of all business processes and prepare reports for effective utilisation of all services
- Perform research and incorporate all new technologies to business processes and provide optimal services and collaborate with various departments to provide support to all new systems
- Assist all external vendors to track all issues and provide enhancement to the system and documents all standard operating procedures
- Analyse and identify all issues in business processes and resolve on an everyday basis and prepare appropriate reports to be submitted to management
- Participate in various meetings, prepare test scripts and analyse all results to resolve various small scale projects.Analyse all business requirements for all business functionality and evaluate all processes efficiently
- Design and enhance all systems and prepare accurate data and coordinate with all internal and external sources to ensure efficient synchronisation
- Assist the construction and facility management team in opening and maintenance tasks
- Support with other admin duties such as completing construction documents, manage all communication with all departments. etc
- Use AutoCAD on a daily basis
Requirements:
Ideally, you'll have:
- Architecture degree
- Must have experience using AutoCAD
- The right to work in Spain
- Fluent in English and Spanish (desirable)
- Experience in 3D modelling (desirable)
- Flexible to help construction manager related to an opening
- The flexibility to travel
