Sales Co-worker

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Sales Co-worker within Commercial Activity, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Supporting customer enquiries and directing them to the appropriate department or location
• Working closely with the Sales and wider Commercial Team to ensure all price tags are displayed correctly and visibly especially during campaigns and promotions
• Condensing stock, including unloading pallets and cutting boxes open to restock appropriate products
• Supporting other Sales areas and within the business when required

The Commercial Activity team works with all departments to optimise the customer shopping experience in creating an appealing store layout, making a lasting impression for our customers. Not only do we have extensive knowledge of the IKEA product range but we’re constantly finding new ways of making real connections with our customers to maximise sales and profitability within the IKEA Vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people!
