IT Systems Administrator

So, what will you do?

You will be responsible for investigating and diagnosing network problems, collecting IT usage stats, making recommendations for improving the company’s IT systems and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions.

You will provide high-quality technical support (hardware & software), maintain the computer network at our iK head office, maintain IT infrastructure to the teams and manage the MS Office 365 environment (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, policies, best practices etc.)

Deal Breakers:
IT-related degree or equivalent

A+; N+ (Minimum requirement)

3+ years of IT desktop support experience

Must be a self-starter / entrepreneurial and willing to get their hands dirty in a company with a scale-up culture.

Must be able to handle pressure and adapt to change in a dynamic, rapidly shifting environment.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.

Good knowledge of IT operating systems, especially Windows & macOS

Hands on experience of installing IT hardware and software.

What would you be responsible for?

General IT Support for 200+ users (& growing):
Access control management with the assistance of the Security & Compliance Manager.

Software installation on employee devices.

Setting up hardware for new starters and providing ongoing maintenance and support for existing employees.

Test and maintain boardroom VC systems / equipment with the support of the Facilities Manager.

Networking:
Network troubleshooting

Run network cables and troubleshoot connectivity issues

Troubleshoot and maintain office Wi-Fi

Assistance with Policy review and Enforcement i.e. (not limited to below):
Password policy

Information security policy

Access control policy

Data access and other security policies
