Hse Specialist Green Book Holder Bukit Mertajam

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining safe workplace and ensure that the Company is in compliance with all Occupational HSE regulatory standards.
• Ensure the effective implementation of risk assessments, and follow up actions to maintain high safety standard and compliance to OHSAS policies and legal requirement.
• Conduct periodic HSE internal audit to ensure documentation excellence, training and total compliance with the governing laws are in place.
• Participate in various worksite safety inspection and observation on personnel safety, hazard identification, risk assessment, job safety analysis, incident investigation & analysis.
• Work collaboratively with Plant management team to implement and execute safety improvement programs to promote safety awareness and commitment across the company.
• Responsible for ISO & HSE related audits and liaise with the relevant authorities.
• Maintain records of all issues related to HSE, analyses and recommend areas of improvement.
• Conduct trainings on various safety-related topics.

• To provide monthly report to EHS Manager on EHS system operation and performance.
  Job Requirements:

• Degree in any Environmental Science, Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent with minimum 3 years of working experience in heavy industrial / Machinery / Equipment.

• Registered competent Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with the Occupational Safety & Health Department (DOSH). Must have a valid GREEN BOOK.
• Has a knowledge in ISO14000.
• Well verse in environmental, safety and health rules and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
