Description
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for our new Fine Dining Restaurant in Claremont. The restaurant is situated in a 5 star Boutique Hotel and offers Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
The Restaurant Manager needs to be able to:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and motivate the entire Front of House team
- Ensure a high quality service and guest experience
- Recruit and train new staff members.
- Have an active impact on business profitability
- Ensure safety and hygiene protocols are in place
- Have full comprehension of the POS system
- Lead by example and uplift staff morale and efficiency
- Have a full understanding of stock control & inventory system
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: R10,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
