YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure supply to the customers is done on a timely manner and prevent all potential loss sales. To be the first point of contact with the stakeholders of assigned supply topics such as inventory and Demand Analysis,Freight efficiency, On time in Full analysis & CFR, slow movement inventory analysis, among others. Ensure end to end follow up of supply from the HUB to the customer.Review and ensure forecast of the countries in the system follows actual sales trends and are up to date.Secure all export postings are correct in the different systems.Ensure all damaged or missing product during transport is investigated with corrective actions taken and claims filed to the carriers. (Responsible of the follow up of any deviations in the supply process) Comply with any restrictions or approvals in place from all health authorities.
(Regulatory affairs check).Coordinate with the warehousing operator (3PL) order receipt, pick & pack, preparation and paperwork for every shipment, securing is done accordingly.Coordinate and follow up every shipment upon delivery (incuding POD) with the freight forwarder or transportation company.Look for innovative ways of transportation to promote cost reduction and guaranteeing the quality standards.Ensure all the freight expenses are billed to Bayer correctly, timely and make sure the freight cost is allocated in the correct period of time.WHO YOU AREDegree in Business Administration, Engineering and/or Logistics or similar.2 to 5 years of experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and or Consumer Products supply to customers and/or Supply planning (required).English fluent written and spoken (required). Advanced knowledge of SD and MM modules in SAP (desirable).Intermediate Knowledge of APO planning (desirable).Highly motivated, willing to change status quo, driven to results, highly analytical.TechnicalBackground and understanding of supply chain management principles such as (but not limited to) Production Planning, Inventory management, Forecasting and Logistics execution.Strong analytical acumen, organizational, decision making, written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Ability to gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.Proven results with building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
