Warehouse & Production Assistant
Role purpose:
Responsible for the full range of day to day running of tasks within the warehouse and production departments, ensuring a high standard of work is followed and maintained. Working to establish KPIs ensuring customer’s deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
With us you will:
- Ensure compliance with established warehouse and production policies, processes and procedures to meet KPIs
- Ensure stock is stored efficiently, effectively and in designated locations to ensure effective and efficient picking and packing
- Ensure assembling and production of the full range of customer product portfolio requiring processing through the Distribution and Warehousing Centre.
- Maintain effective working relationships within the team to ensure product despatched to customer requirements; quality, quantity & timelessness
- Ensure compliance to quality standards escalating non-compliance
- Ensure that specific customer requirements are met through the use of tailored programming equipment
- Complete stock checks and audits in compliance with the business requirements
- Ability to work proactively and flexibly to meet the demands of the business
- Maintain the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
- To recommend and promote change within the business to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Develop effective working relationships with complimentary functions across the Vodafone Automotive family
