Advance Capital is in the process of designing and developing its own Fintech (combining traditional banking and cryptocurrency) platform system. We are continuously working to diversify ourselves in various industries and this is why we are making this venture into online virtual game design/development.

We are looking for a virtual game designer and developer in order to design and develop online virtual games that our clients are continuously asking for us to create. We are looking for individuals who are creative, have previous experience in designing and developing virtual games and have knowledge in the area. We are only looking for people to come in who are going to work hard and work amongst a team to deliver results on time. As a business we our striving forward to achieve success, so we expect you to be on the same page as us in terms of work ethic and performance. We are also looking for someone to come in along the virtual game designer to be our virtual game developer who will work closely with the designer to perfect the product and meet deadlines.

Your role

Advance Capital will be designing and developing virtual games for numerous clients tailored to their needs. We expect you to be creative with the ideas we give you and come back with multiple designs so we can create the perfect virtual game. We expect you to be able to work closely with the virtual game developer to create the perfect product and meet deadlines.

You will;

• Pitch innovative game features that are designed to improve customer acquisition, engagement, but overall must be fun for the user.
• Gather data on various virtual games and understand what makes them a success or failure.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and help drive projects.
• Work closely with the virtual game developer to perfect products and meet deadlines.
• Be a proactive member of the design team, brainstorming and developing designs, and providing feedback to other designers.
• Exemplify reliability, accountability, and professionalism in all work-related interactions.
• Maintain communication with peers across all departments.
• Keeping up-to-date with current and emerging trends in the mobile marketplace.
  Required expertise
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English speaking and writing.
• 2+ years experience as a game designer/developer
• Passion for playing and making games.
• Have the ability to develop and grow the identity of a global brand which will be accessed across the world by millions.
• Creative, thinking outside the box with the ability to constantly present a variety of different ideas and designs.
• You must have a valid Emirates ID.
