Club Director - Fitness and Tennis Club
Milan - 7-7500 Euros per month + 35% annual bonus
An exciting opportunity for a Club Director to lead and manage a significant redevelopment of an iconic health and racquets club in Milan. Under new ownership, the club is about to be benefit from a major capital investment into the gym and studios as well as opening an outdoor swimming pool, This investment will transition the club into a modem and great value family focused private members fitness and racquets club
As Club Director you will have the turn key responsibility to oversee the transformation of the business, working very closely with a strong operational team within the club and supported by both group operations and inhouse facilities teams to deliver the project and reposition the club in the market. You will be working with a sector leading fitness operator with huge experience in the European leisure market and with very well-established ways of working. You will be responsible for the execution of the commercial strategy to grow the membership base and meet and exceed the club headcount, retention and EBITDA targets and in doing so will be hands on in developing both corporate and community partnerships to drive leads and sales into the club whilst working very closely with the group sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns and awareness around the new facilities.
We are ideally looking for a Club Director who has a proven track record in running a high footfall leisure, hospitality or retail business with full P and L accountability.
You will need to be fluent in both Italian and English and have strong MS office skills and experience in compiling reports and analysis and presenting at Board Level.

In addition to a market leading basic salary in the range of 7-7500 Euros per month dependent in experience, my client offers an annual bonus of up to 35% of the basic salary and a benefits package including health promotion and extensive employee discounts.
