Join our TUI Musement Talent Acquisition Team as a Talent Acquisition Executive for our Operations function to help us provide the best talent across all our Operational destinations.
ABOUT THE JOB
You will be responsible of uploading Job Ads into our ATS following our standards and guidelines.
Along with the Talent Acquisition Partner you will liaise with all internal Operations stakeholders to fill vacancies.
Support the Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent Acquisition Manager in recruitment projects including the implementation of digital tools to improve the overall recruitment experience.
ABOUT YOU
Experience in international recruitment desired.
Ideally in house volume recruitment experience.
Passion for social media especially as a channel for sourcing operational profiles.
Technically savvy as well as organized and methodical in the execution.
Creative profile with digital mind set.
Fluent in verbal and written English. Spanish or French would be a valuable asset.
