About the role
Balfour Beatty VINCI* has an exciting opportunity for a *Pre-cast Coordinator **to join our team to work in Coleshill.
Role Purpose:
To manage various Sub-contractors and suppliers of pre-cast concrete, within our Specialist Services team.
What you'll be doing
- Ensuring that the pre-cast suppliers are adhering to the outlined strategy and programme for the delivery of the pre-cast elements
- The timely and efficient delivery to site
- Ensuring that the pre-cast elements delivered to site are to the pre-defined standards and quality that are applicable to the work
- Managing Non-Conformance Reports
- Meeting minutes and reports from meetings with the pre-cast sub-contractor or supplier
- Delivery instructions to the pre-cast sub-contractor or supplier.
- Updating the delivery plan for the pre-cast sub-contractor or supplier
- Responsible to approve and ensure the timely and accurate issuance of the progress reports for manufacturing and delivery of the pre-cast elements
Who we're looking for
- Knowledge of civil engineering works
- Experience in pre-cast concrete
- Experience in managing site call offs / requirements
- Proven experience in managing subcontractors and suppliers
