Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting Organizational Development in the company
- Monitor and control HRD data, reports and documents
- Manage performance management, people development and implement KPI
- Create and improve SOP
- Conduct an evaluation (evaluation) of employee performance (Performance Appraisal)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in related field
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any relevant fields
- Have experience in dealing with Job Analysis, KPI, Job Evaluation
- Have a good knowledge about Psychological Test
- Having good communication skill as well as interpersonal skill
- Have the ability in training development, organization and recruitment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Preferably working experience in fashion retail company
- Creative and innovative spirit, also has high enthusiasm and work motivation.

Salary: From Rp300,000,000 per month
