Job description
The Role

We are looking for talented Associate Recruiter with Fluent level of English and Spanish

In this role you will proactively develop potential recruiting sources, maintain sourcing channel statistics, determine recruiting objectives, and maintain sourcing data in the appropriate talent acquisition system (ATS or CRM).

Job location: Remote
In this role you will:

• Focus on proactively attracting top talent for specific career opportunities in the market, using numerous sourcing channels and methodologies
• Partner closely with the Recruiter on role briefings, helping to define role requirements and develop innovative sourcing strategies to help identify and engage the best talent
• Focus on ensuring the shortlist for each vacancy you support has diverse representation for our client
• Support developing engaged talent communities for future opportunities

• Conducting market mapping activities
  To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience of sourcing and engaging top talent

• Expert sourcing knowledge and experience of using different channels and technology to both identify and engage talent
• Experience using different recruitment technology i.e., Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise to meet shortlist deadlines agreed with the Recruiter and Hiring Manager
• Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
• Effective communication and listening skills
• Fluency in English and Spanish
