Job description
A day in your life with us**:
- Lead and inspire the visual merchandising and range presentation competence in order to strengthen the uniqueness of the IKEA identity in the stores.
- Support in creating inspiring range presentation solutions that reflect life at home activities with seasonal relevance connected to the commercial activities.
- Improve knowledge of people's life at home, gather insights from gathered intelligence and translate this knowledge into creative, aesthetic and commercial home furnishing solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Support in using global tools, proven solutions, best practices and when needed make the global solutions locally relevant. This will guarantee high quality, simplicity and efficiency.
- Ensure up-to-date knowledge about life at home activities, retail and trends in order to generate creative directions that inspire and surprise visitors through a strong visual impression.
Qualification - Experience of working with vitality, commercial activities.
- Possess a design-based education.
- Experienced in visually expressing a brand identity.
- Visual competence, including a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Proven customer-focused mindset.
- Proven ability to prioritise and organise work in order to make the most efficient use of time available and meet agreed goals and deadlines.
- Communicate confidently and clearly in English.
- Computer proficient with the knowledge and experience of using relevant software.

This position is full-time and is located in Tetouan, Morocco. Some travel may be required.
