Responsibilities:
Implement and execute Administration & Secretarial programs and policies to meet business needs

Track the alignment of the Administration & Secretarial activities and reconcile any deviation from plans and processes

Implement and execute Administration & Secretarial processes and policies through ongoing support and solutions related to documentation, mail, routine reports, travel, appointments, operating office equipment and general enquiry

Contribute to the development and administration of all processes related to documentation, mail, routine reports, travel, appointments, operating office equipment and general enquiry

Collaborate within the teams to support the employees at Galderma

Participate in driving transformation and change of Administration & Secretarial practices to maximize effectiveness and efficienc

Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent

Minimum 2 years experience
