Customer Service Representative (English/french

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - ENGLISH / FRENCH SPEAKER - URGENT!!!
Temporary for 6 months

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in English & French languages.
  • High School diploma or degree in any field.
  • Freelance visa or family residence visa.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as customer service representative / call center agent.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Resolving customer queries and complaints.
  • Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
