Chief Operational Officer
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum: Postgraduate degree in Education, Business Leadership, Strategic Management or related field (NQF level 8).
- A minimum of 8 years management experience in training, education and development, with at least 5 years in Senior Management.
- Extensive experience in provision of and facilitating the implementation of skills development initiatives across regional areas, qualification design and monitoring training provision of coupled with experience in the preparation and management of strategic plans, operational plans and budgets.
- Public entity experience (Advantage will be given to those with SETA experience).
