System Administrator for the whole HR input system, driving data capturing and consistency
Assist with and resolve HRIS users issues using appropriate support network
Work closely with the super-users in other companies within the group, to ensure full alignment of changes affecting global workflows
Assist with the training and implementations of new system functionality or modules
Provide support to the HR team and the business on all system-related experience
Manage all system updates in close liaison with all stakeholders including IT, HR and Payroll users, employees and managers.
Support HR projects through the system in line with the Business Strategy
Provide support on HR administration auditing and processes
Qualifications and Experience:
Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent is essential
Relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous
In-depth knowledge and experience with HR information systems and respective business processes, notifications and workflows is essential
Experience in testing and quality assurance of system implementation
Ability to consider holistic impact of changes implemented through HR information systems
Experience with diverse resource environment and ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders
Good interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with all staff levels
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Dynamic presentation skills
Excellent communicator, with both verbal and written communication skills
An organised individual with the ability to plan and prioritise
