Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure high availability of all systems & infrastructure.
- Upkeep of the documentation of all networks & systems.
- Ensure cyber security standards are implemented and maintained.
- Ensure that all systems remain patched & upgraded.
- Monitoring of all infrastructure.
- Ensure that a DR plan is in place for systems.
- Manage cloud services & subscriptions.
- Ensure cloud services costs are kept in check and within budget.
- End User Support

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow tasks through to completion.
- Strong focus on customer service.
- Fluency in Afrikaans is highly advantageous
Qualification and experience:
- At least 3 year working experience in a systems administrator role.
- Networking certification, N+.
- Microsoft Certifications MCSA, AZ 900, MS 100.
Knowledge and experience in using:
- Windows Servers.
- Active Directory Domain Service and Azure Active Directory
- Networking IP Address planning and subnetting, VLAN
- DNS
- VPN's
- Office365
- Firewall Configuration and Maintenance
- PBX
