One of South Africa's leading Hardware Wholesaler is looking for a Debtors Clerk to join our Accounts Department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Their duties include but not limited to organizing and keeping track of customer's outstanding debt accounts, and contacting debtors to learn more about their payment status.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Debtors position
- Must be computer literate
- Must be Excel proficient
- Must be able to work on Sage Evolution
- Must be able to process credit notes, recons & perform online banking transactions
- Willing to join a fun, energetic and enthusiastic working environment and culture
- Looking for an individual who is able to work independently but also work within a motivated team environment
- Must be willing and able to contribute to the service level expectations provided by seniors and management of the company
- Looking for someone that is detail oriented
- Must be ambitious, organized and schedule driven
