Description
You will be joining a growing Cape Town-based team of 4 professionals (“giraffes”) and work in close collaboration with the rest of the Green Giraffe “tower” - other professionals in Asia, Americas and Europe on our projects.
The scope of this role will include:
- Development and management of financial models and cash flow valuations for renewable energy projects
- Organisation and review of due diligence work prepared by other advisors
- Market intelligence on sectors of interest
- Business development assistance
- Active participation in an entrepreneurial, international and dynamic team focused on making projects happen and adding real value to our clients
- Excellent analytical skills and an ability to learn quickly
- A basic understanding of - and interest in - financial concepts and products
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Thoroughness and organisation
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to take initiatives and responsibility for allocated tasks
- The willingness to travel abroad (Europe and United States of America)
This job is to be filled on a permanent contract basis and full-time. We offer a competitive compensation package.
