Your day to day
As Assistant IT Manager, you will assist in the management and monitoring of the operation of all computer hardware, ensure all systems are working and installed properly, and serve as the primary contact for servicing the computer hardware. You will ensure that all systems are covered by the proper maintenance contracts and that preventive maintenance is performed as required. You will Assists in the monitoring of the performance of the software and in the management of the configuration reports and data files on the computer systems to ensure maximum operating efficiency, and keep informed of the latest, updated, changes, enhancement, and development in the Hotel IT field.
What we need from you
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for: - Bachelor’s degree in IT related field (Computer Science-Computer Engineering) - 4 to 6 years’ experience in Hotel IT functions with supervisory or team leading experience - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills - Luxury and lifestyle experience is an advantage - Pre-Opening experience is an advantage
