Calling all passionate photographers to a Life At Sea!
Set sail on a new career onboard cruise ships, seeking talented, skilled, experienced photographers to join a diverse team onboard.
- Must have a minimum of 1 Year of experience as a photographer preferably in a high volume photography business
- Strong demonstrated knowledge of photographic exposure, composition, and focus is essential.
- Must be able to use a modern digital SLR camera, hot-shoe mounted flash, and other professional equipment.
- Must be willing to work away for 6 - 8 months with 2 months of vacation
- Must have diploma or certificates in relevant field.
Duties Include:
- Photograph events onboard and ashore as required, always being proactive to maximize image counts and image quality in order to meet established performance goals
- Wear mascot costumes inside/outside the ship for photoshoots, engaging guests with lively energy and enthusiasm at all times
- Proactively assist guests in the Photo Gallery in locating their photos to maximize sales of photos and retail products.
- Proactively strive to enhance photography and sales skills to achieve sales and image capture performance targets on a regular basis
- Use a range of photographic equipment, including but not limited to digital SLR cameras, portrait studio equipment, computers, and image editing software.

Salary: R10,000.00 - R10,200.00 per month
